Dongying Yicheng Precision Metal Co., Ltd. founded in 1988, is one of the earliest manufacturers in investment castings (lost wax process) in China. 
     We adopt advanced silica colloid techniques to manufacture pump bodies, valve parts, impellers and auto parts in material of stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloy steel, totally 4 types with 3000 kinds of castings. The weight range of products is from 0.006kg to 78kg.
     There are more than 260 employees in our company, including 12 design engineers and 15 quality engineers. According to  
customers' drawings, samples or models, we can supply "One-Stop Service" from products verifying, designing, pattern developing and technique finalizing to products machining. The products development period is about 4~8 weeks. 
     Our factory takes up the area of 6000 m2 with annual capacity of 1200tons. 95% of our products have been exported to Germany, Italy, Spain, France, England, America, Canada, Singapore and gained customers' high praise.
     "Quality First and Credit Supreme" is our concept. Our company has respectively passed ISO9001: 2000 and TUV/PED/AD-W2000 certificates. Thus we not only complete our quality system, but also guarantee the reliability of our products' quality. Our products' rejected rate is less than 0.03%.
     Our company locates in Dongying City, Shandong Province. We only need 3 hours from here to flourishing Qingdao Port. So it takes 1~2 days to load and transport the products.
